Please ensure that all items of clothing are marked clearly with your child’s name.

If we as a school decide that on a particular day/s that changes to the school uniform need to be made due to extreme heat for example, we will contact parents and let them know of the changes.

In summer, a blue and white check dress may be preferred and we strongly advise children should bring a cap to school to wear during breaktimes, their PE lessons or any learning outside the classroom. Please avoid sending your child in strappy sandals as these are unsafe on the playground.

P.E. Kit

Pupils will need to wear navy or black shorts and a white or house colour t-shirt for Dance and Gymnastics lessons. For all other PE lessons pupils will need to wear trainers (not pumps) with the option of a navy or black tracksuit depending on the weather.

Pupils need to have their hair tied back and no jewellery is to be worn for PE lessons.

Swimming

Trunks/swimming costume, towel, swimming bag (marked with child’s name). We strongly advise children with long hair to wear a swimming cap. Children are allowed to wear goggles.

Please note that extreme styles of clothing or hair are not appropriate for school. The definition of ‘extreme’ is at the discretion of the Headteacher. This is also the case for hair accessories.

The following are also not permitted:
